Third Method: Appointing judges after passing the exams competition without undertaking the training of the Institute of Judicial Studies

The Judiciary Law adopts this method by subjecting candidates to a competition (Ordinary Rules). There are also precedents based on exceptional laws whereby some candidates were appointed as judges without undergoing a written examination (Exceptional Rules).
